RULES FOR CONCESSIONS

Money Back Short Head Losers

If a horse (not dog) finishes second and is beaten by either a short head or a nose we will refund the win stake money up to £500 (excludes place bets & foreign racing, offer applies to singles and doubles only).

Dead Heats Paid in Full

If a horse or dog dead heats for first place we will pay on full odds for the full stake up to £1000 payout (singles & doubles only. No trap or jockey challenges etc & no sports betting)

Money Back if Beaten Under ½ Length in a Chase

If a horse finishes second and is beaten a nose, a short head, a head, or a neck in a UK chase race we will refund the win stake money up to £500 (singles & doubles only).

Losing Stakes Returned if 50/1 or Bigger Wins Race

All losing win bets (in the case of EW not place element) will be refunded up to £500 if a horse or dog wins at odds of 50/1 or greater. This offer includes foreign and virtual racing. (singles and doubles only. The English Grand National is excluded from this offer).

Money Back Hurdle Race Fallers

If a horse falls In a UK hurdle race we will refund up to £500. This offer does not include: pulling up, slipping up, running out, brought down unseating jockey etc. If verification is required then payment will be withheld till the result is shown in full in the following day’s Racing Post. (singles& doubles only).

Double Result Payout

If a horse is first past the post but is subsequently disqualified we will still payout on the original result providing the horse has carried its correct weight for the whole race and has taken the correct course and the race has not been declared void. (Excludes tote bets & foreign racing. £25,000 maximum payout will be applied to any bet containing a disqualified winner.

Treble Odds on all Lucky Bets

All selections must run and you must have just one winner for this concession to apply.

Forecasts & Tricasts Rounded Up

Forecasts are rounded up to the nearest pound (when dividend over £4) & tricasts are rounded up to the nearest £5 (when dividend over £20). This offer applies to Computer forecasts only (not tote bets).

No Rule 4 5p Deductions

We will waive all 5p Rule 4 deductions up to a maximum of two per race.

Guaranteed Prices

We guarantee at least 8 early price races per day. If the SP is bigger than the early price taken then we will honour the higher price. Customer must request guaranteed early price at the time of placing bet for offer to apply and bets must be placed a minimum of 30 minutes before race is due off. Rule 4 deductions will apply.

Exclusive Distance Betting

We may offer distance betting where there is an odds on favourite. We will nominate a distance and the customer selects whether the horse finishes over under or exactly that distance. If the horse doesn’t win then all bets are losers. All other concessions like money back on short head losers will not apply to distance betting. The first provisional distance that appears on the SIS screen will be deemed to be the winning distance.

Price Match Competition

we may offer a price from our local competitors if it is still available (in shop). For this concession to apply customer has to request this at time of placing bet. Competitors and our prices will not be allowed on same bet for different selections.
